What's Included?
Pretty much everything, except lunch…
Bus trip to Falls Creek and transfers each day to the snow, 5 days board hire plus outer wear (jacket + pants), 5 x 2 hour coaching/lessons, accommodation 5 nights, breakfast and dinner each day (dinner on trip down and breakfast on trip home not included), and bus trip back home of course.
Equipment List
Equipment provided – snowboard, snowboard boots, waterproof pants & jacket, compulsory helmet & wrist guards for all students.
You will need to source your own gloves and goggles… ask around, someone may have some that you can borrow??
Need to bring
Gloves and Goggles, Sun glasses are ok for clear days, sunscreen, cold weather clothing, towel, plenty jocks and socks, casual wear for evenings, phone, maybe GoPro, spending money and/or snacks for lunch etc – approx $20 per day suggested.
Don't need to bring
Drugs, alcohol or a bad attitude! Any serious behaviour issues and you’re on a bus heading home (at your parents expense).
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
How to register for Powder Hound
All payments are due 4 weeks prior to departure. Most importantly, remember that Powder Hound is for high school age kids only and all PH camps are completely alcohol and drug free.
*Please note when making payments, it is essential that your name is included in the description section for identification purposes. Please keep a copy of the deposit receipt for your records.

In 2002, Geoff Wilson (a local Gold Coast vet with a passion for snowboarding) came up with the Powder Hound concept. Geoff wanted to give local grommets the opportunity to go snowboarding under the guidance of young Christian leaders.
